The Chicago office of an international law firm representing a Fortune 500 company in a major multi-jurisdictional real estate transaction required a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal. The responsibilities of the Commercial Real Estate Paralegal required focus on a full range of real estate matters, including lease administration, amendments, renewals, terminations, and estoppel certificates.
