A Chicago-based law firm, with offices across the United States, requested our services in hiring an eDiscovery Manager. The law firm was looking for someone to manage and lead all eDiscovery projects and initiatives.
Challenges Met
- The attorney had to possess the ability to participate in pre-planning activities, including solution oriented consulting and demonstrations of vendor eDiscovery solutions.
- The client requested an attorney able to manage a litigation support team with accountability for project planning and scoping.
- The attorney also needed the skills to manage the eDiscovery lifecycle from project kick-off to project completion, and understand the specific tasks that will be required to complete a project.
